To get the most out of your session, it is important to arrive well hydrated. Please wear comfortable clothing (clothing made out of natural materials is best if choosing between natural and synthetic materials). Also, please refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes and kindly accept our request to remove your shoes. Before going into the Egg, we will ask you to remove any jewelry, metal or crystals so as not to interfere with the frequency interplay. Cell phones should be turned off or muted and any electronics removed from your pockets.

Commit to being in a safe, quiet place during the remote session to lie down or sit comfortably for the 50 minutes, and hold the space for your own healing and intention. To get the most out of your session, it is very important to be well hydrated prior to the session and to remain optimally hydrated after as well. If you are booking a remote session for your pet: The protocol is the same as above. Please email us all details for your pet (photo, etc.) as soon as possible. Commit to have your pet in a quiet environment where they will not be disturbed during the time of the session (50 minutes). Ensure your pet has plenty of water before and after the session.

We are not able to perform the Bio-Well Scan if you have a pacemaker, vagal nerve stimulator, Inspire upper airway stimulation system, any other electronic device / implant or if you have had a myocardial infarction.

The process is easy and non-invasive. You will be inserting fingertips of both your hands into a small box which is the Bio-Well device. Please note we will not be able to perform the Scan if you have long nails. If you look at your palm, do you see your nails over the tips of your fingers? If the answer is yes, we will not be able to perform the Scan because the nails will not allow you to position your fingers correctly on the glass electrode inside the device.

In order to get the most out of your Scan results, do not eat 1.5 - 2 hours prior to your visit and do not wash your hands or use a hand sanitizer at least 20 mins prior to the Scan. If you use hand lotion or hand sanitizer on the day of your appointment, please wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and allow about 20 minutes prior to your arrival.

The Bio-Well scan is not a medical device. However, it offers a very accurate reflection of stress and balance / imbalance in the energy flow throughout your body allowing insight into your physical, mental and emotional state. Dis-ease starts with stress in the body, its organs or systems (whether it be physical, mental or emotional stress) and interferes with our body's ability to adapt.

As the scanning process is easy, fast, and non-invasive, we take several scans during your appointment. Reports can be emailed to you for your reference. After your initial session, you are welcome to book 30 min follow-up Scan appointments at any time to monitor your progress with your Harmonic Egg sessions or any other therapy / detox that you may be doing on your own or with another practitioner.

Yes, it is safe to use when pregnant and for children of all ages. Let us know if you are pregnant, as we will select an appropriate volume and soundtrack for you and your baby. Depending on the child's age, the mother or father may have to sit in the Egg with the child. The Remote Session option may be preferable for children with ADHD / autism / children unable to sit still in the Egg for 50 minutes.

We have had no problems with clients feeling claustrophobic. The HE is spacious, and the door has space around it to allow airflow. There is a buzzer close at hand should you require assistance.
